Hailing from Sacramento, the Lava Pups play a high energy brand of music that is not restricted by the boundaries of the surf music genre. Like some of the early rockers who influenced them, the Lava Pups revel in the rebellious abandon and expansive sources of rock 'n roll. Exhibiting the influences of Link Wray, Duane Eddy, the Ventures, and Dick Dale, our debut CD -- "Into the Flow" -- featured eight original songs.
Alternating leads on guitar, the Lava Pups are fresh and exciting!
